Kale and Banana Smoothie

Banana helps cut the bitter taste of kale.
  • Combine 1 small banana with 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed ice
